Rin Fushimi (伏見 燐, Fushimi Rin) is a supporting character of That Wolf-Boy Is Mine! manga. Rin is the second son of the guardian spirit that rules over Mt. Maruyama.

History[]

Not much is known about Rin's past, but eleven years prior to the series, he met Yū Ōgami and explained to Yū that his mother wasn't coming back for him. Ever since then, Rin has had a deep hatred towards humans.

Personality[]

Rin has straight short blonde hair with fringe that covers most of his face and sky blue eyes. He is of average height and build. Relationships[]

Love Interests[]

  • Komugi Kusunoki: When Rin first met Komugi, he was extremely rude and cold towards her, but would turn around be kind to her in his actions. As time went on, it became clear that Rin also had feelings for Komugi and even asked her out in his own Rin-like casual way. However, Komugi turned him down and Rin backed off once Yū became sincere about his own feelings towards Komugi.

Friends[]

  • Yū Ōgami: Yū is Rin's best friend. Rin helped Yū acclimate to his new life as an ayakashi and was part of the deep rooted hatred that Rin feels towards humans. As Rin and Yū became closer to Komugi, Rin started to feel jealous of Yū and would lash out when Yū was too hesitant with his feelings towards Komugi. Rin ended up being the reason behind Yū admitting his feelings for Komugi and eventually remembering why his mother left in the first place.

Family[]

  • Brother: Not much is known about Rin's brother other that he is just a regular red fox.
Kita
  • Kita: Kita is Rin's aunt. She serves as a live-in maid at Ayashi Inn, the place that Rin and his friends temporarily reside. Like Rin, Kita is also a fox and gets her namesake from the Japanese word for Red Fox, "kitakitsune."

Trivia[]

  • His favorite food is ramen, and least favorite is ankake (thick saucy topping).
